How to boot PSX & PlayStation 2 originals games:

1. Switch the USB SBOX "OFF" (press the USB SBOX switch to the left side -> the light will be off)

How to boot PSX Backups:

1. Power OFF the PlayStation 2 for 5 seconds
2. Switch the USB SBOX "ON" (press the USB SBOX switch to the right side)
3. Power "ON" the PlayStation 2 and the USB SBOX light will be on
4. Now you can boot all your PSX Backups

How to boot PlayStation 2 CD-R Backups with the ActionReplay / GameShark:

1. Switch the USB SBOX "OFF" (press the USB SBOX switch to the left side -> the light will be off)
2. Insert the Action Replay 2 / Game Shark 2 - CD 1 , and plug the AR2 memory card into the PlayStation 2 memory card slot I.
3. Press the PlayStation 2 "RESET" button
4. After boot to the Action Replay 2 / Game Shark 2 main menu select "START GAME" and "WITHOUT CODES"
5. Press the "EJECT" button when prompted
6. Swap Action Replay 2 / Game Shark 2 disc with your PlayStation 2 CD-R Backup
7. Switch the USB SBOX "ON" (press the USB SBOX switch to the right side -> the light will be on)
8. Press "EJECT" to close the tray
9. Press "X" AS SOON as the tray closes
10. The game will now load

How to boot PlayStation 2 CD / DVD Imports and CD-R / DVD-R Backups with the SwapMagic boot disc´s:

1. Switch the USB SBOX "OFF" (press the USB SBOX switch to the left side -> the light will be off)
2. Insert the SwapMagic C-Disc (for a CD-R Backup) or the DVD-Disc (for a DVD-R Backup)
3. Press the PlayStation 2 "RESET" button
4. Wait for the PlayStation 2 to boot up until "Insert Disc" message appears on the screen
5. Now hold the "EJECT" button and the CD tray will open
6. Change the SwapMagic disc with your PlayStation 2 CD / DVD Import or CD-R / DVD-R Backup
7. Switch the USB SBOX "ON" (press the USB SBOX switch to the right side -> the light will be on)
8. Press "EJECT" to close the tray
9. After the CD trey closes press "X" on your controller
10. The game will now load

EA Patcher Boot Method (PlayStation 2 Backups):

1. Download the EA Patcher package by clicking here and read the included EA Patcher tutorial carefully
2. Use the SwapMagic discs to boot your PlayStation 2 Imports / Backups (direction above)

Note: Please DO NOT DOUBLE press the "RESET" button during a very short time. Otherwise, the USB-SBOX will be failed .
