SST-49LF020 Flash Chip

Replacement BIOS Chip for all Aladdin Advance 32, PLUS and LIVE Mod-Chips with BIOS socket: The SST-49LF020 is a 256k (2 Mbit) Flash Chip and save the BIOS for the Aladin Chip. If you have a Aladdin Chip with a faulty Bios (for example: the flash process was not completed) you must only replace the BIOS Chip and not the complete Aladdin Advanced Mod-Chip! The SST-49LF020 BIOS-Chip is blank (unflashed) available or preflashed with the great Evox Bios --> select at the check out process the BIOS version!

Important: If you would like a another BIOS version (f.e. the Linux Cromwell) you must order a Evox pre flashed SST Chip. After the installation can you flash the SST Chip with each 256 kb BIOS.
Features
  • Simply replace the BIOS Chip and not the complete Aladdin Advanced Mod-Chip
  • You must not desoldering the Aladdin Advanced Mod-Chip
  • For Aladdin Advanced 32, PLUS: pre flashed with the Evox M8 Blue (in some Countrys illegal!)
  • For Aladdin Advanced Live: pre flashed with the Evox LIVE(in some Countrys illegal!)
Compatibility
  • The SST-49LF020 Flashchip is compatible with all Aladdin Advance 32, PLUS und LIVE ModChips
Direction
  • Remove the old SST Chip with a thin screw driver and put the new in the bios socket
