1. Content of Website
Although MC-Network LTD - also named as modchip.org - updates and publishes content on this site in good faith, no representation is made concerning the
completeness or accuracy of the information contained herein. Certain parts of the website may be incomplete, contain errors or
become expired at any point in time. modchip.org expressly disclaims and makes no commitment to update any of the content
on this website. modchip.org reserves the right to add, modify or delete any information on the website at any point in time.
2. Restrictions On Use
All users agree to abide and adhere to all applicable local, provincial, federal and international laws and regulations when
using modchip.org. All users agree to not use modchip.org in a means that may be a violation of third party rights,
including intellectual property rights. All users will not use modchip.org for illegal purposes. modchip.org may not be
used to post or convey unlawful, harassing, privacy invading, abusive, libelous, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene,
indecent, or objectionable material whatsoever. modchip.org may not be used to communicate commercial advertisements,
pyramid schemes, chain letters, encoded binary files, job offers or personal ads. modchip.org may not be used to provide
materials that contain viruses or other contaminating or destructive features. modchip.org will not be held responsible or
liable for any kind of damages that arise via the use of public posting areas of the modchip.org website. This will include,
but is not limited to, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages.
3. Returns
We are confident that you will be delighted with your product and our service but if you find it necessary to return a defective item,
we have an efficient process to expedite your return request.
You can return any product up to 30 days after the invoice date. We will not accept any return after 30 days from the purchased date.
Any product returned must be in resalable condition. Products returned to us in not resalable condition will not be accepted and
will be returned to you at your expense. You must also request an RMA number using the
contact / ticket form before the product can be returned.
Please ensure you enter a valid e-mail address and complete all fields on the form. 24-48 hours after submitting the
completed request form you will be contacted via email with an unique RMA number and product return instructions.
You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning item(s) to us. We will incur all shipping fees for any
defective item(s) replaced.
This applies to all returns without exception.
Any goods returned within the allowed 30 day period due to purchaser error or returned products evaluated not to be
faulty are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not credit any shipping and handling costs. You will be given a choice
between store credit or product exchange for all non-defective returned merchandise. We reserve the right to determine
whether or not a product is defective. This applies to all sales without exception.
If the returned product is verified faulty:
The product will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be
replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. You are entitled to a refund (within 30 days of purchase)
for the total value of the your order minus any shipping fees (applies to verified defective returned merchandise only).
You may also request store credit to use towards a future purchase.
If the returned product is verified as working:
The product will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. In this case, the customer is responsible for all return
shipping costs which can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, check or money order. You are entitled to a refund
(within 30 days of purchase) for the total value of the your order less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
(applies to verified working returned merchandise). If you received free shipping on original order, upon return
you will be assessed the original shipping cost incurred by modchip.org.
Any item that is a "Price Crusher" product is NOT eligible for a refund.
Any item that is removed from its original packaging (flashing tools, USB Dongles / Deveices, ...) or the anti static bag (modchips, wii-clips, ...)
or the software pack (boot discs,...) was opened is NOT eligible for a refund.
Any item that is verified as working, and has been soldered upon is NOT eligible for a refund.
Any item that is in not resalable condition for another reason is NOT eligible for a refund.
No exceptions to this whatsoever.
4. Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be liable for any loss
caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item,
please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
Your product will be shipped the same day you place your order! (Mon-Fri)

The intended purpose of the modchip, boot disc, flash tool is to allow you to use your game console to play imports, "hombrew" software,
Open Source applications and backups of software that you legally own, as is allowed by law from your country. We accept no
responsibility for the use of this device to play copies of games you do not own. Using a modchip or changing the firmware to
modify your console will void your warranty.
8. Access and Bandwidth Guarantees
modchip.org has no responsibility for the bandwidth of your Internet connection or the operational speed of you
Internet Service Provider (ISP).
